Design and Sales Representative - Landscape

Property Worx LLC is looking for a full-time Design and Sales Representative - Landscape in the Central Ohio area.  This position will create a variety of projects including the design of hardscapes and outdoor living areas including a dynamic landscape surrounding the initial design focus.

We need a person to meet with customers to walk their property and help the customer in achieving their outdoor landscape design and installation.

Job responsibilities:

• Preferred: Valid drivers’ license and cleared to drive under company insurance.
• Regular travel to jobsite is required to meet with potential clients to discuss project goals, budget, and scope. This will continue once potential client becomes a customer through the completion of project. 
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and patience working with customers. Securing deposit and final payment from customer will be required.
• Ability to estimate a design and calculate quantity of materials needed.
• General knowledge of landscape plant materials commonly used in the Central Ohio region
• General knowledge of construction materials and methods of assembly.
• General knowledge of grading and drainage design preferred.
• Prepare design plans using design software and work through revisions with client based on their feedback.
• Prepare proposals for landscape, hardscape, and other kinds of installations based on landscape design plan.
• Coordinate plan installation with production managers and oversee project installation to ensure final product exceeds customers’ expectations.
• Ability to sit, stand, climb, walk 8 hours or more per day navigating diverse terrains and working in all seasons and climate conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design or similar field. Associates in Landscape Design or Horticulture Technology may be acceptable.
• 1-3 years of professional office experience.
• Design software knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Uvision, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with LMN preferred

Job type and schedule: Full-time / Monday thru Friday with weekends and holidays during peak season.  Ability to work after normal business hours meeting potential clients is a must.
