Bay Area - Handyman

Property Upsurge is a dynamic, local real estate investment firm that is growing throughout Northern California. We broker new real estate deals, perform the revitalization of dilapidated properties, and run a property management company. We are looking for an individual who has the ultimate can-do attitude. The candidate we are looking for must be HIGHLY motivated, like working in an entrepreneurial environment, have a "tool belt" (work at ground zero to learn the concept) mentality, and be willing to put in the time it will take to create success for themselves and the company as a whole. This position can make a big impact on our company as we are striving to do many of our trades in house.

The ideal candidate must have a valid business license, business insurance, and a W-9. There is a steady stream of work available, and we offer flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. We take pride in ensuring prompt payments to our vendors. Experience is required, and we're looking for someone who is skilled in a variety of handyman tasks, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Minor plumbing repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Appliance installations and repairs
• Carpentry and woodwork
• General maintenance and repairs
• Drywall patching and painting

This position will be an independent contractor and will be their own boss.
