What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director position at Property Prep LLC?
We are seeking a Facility Service Manager (commercial Maintenance And Janitorial) to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions for our clients. These include national chains, schools, religious orginizations, senior living facilities, and residential properties for landlords.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate first meetings with clients to assess and estimate their needs
- Come up with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly programs for buildings along with pricing
- Investigate and resolve client complaints and try to not have them by doing great QC
- Update and improve properties to increase our client's return on investment or uptime
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train field techs on systems
- Enforce rule and safety measures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, or property management
- Familiarity with big and small building systems
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide an accurate proposal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize emergencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
