- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading documents for accuracy
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure professional communication
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
- Customer service experience to support positive interactions with clients and visitors
- Knowledge of office management procedures, including filing systems and calendar management
