What are the responsibilities and job description for the COUPLE for work-exchange position at Property Management / Real Estate?
COUPLE to Work in EXCHANGE For your residence - RENT - and have the opportunity for hourly/project rate after 100 hr. /- toward exchange for 1B/1.5 with many extras and tons of potential. PRIVATE and tranquil environment. Full time offered-will consider part-time for the right candidates.
- NO DRAMA - NO Party types & NO PETS.

Experience with landscaping and knowledge of irrigation systems. Both installation of new and a constant eye for leaks and repairs, as needed. Interest in helping in a year-round greenhouse. Ideal for someone who loves growing from seeds or small starts. Background or work-related experience in basic construction for raised beds and minor repairs. Tools of the trade helpful. Must have reliable transportation, as not near public transit – no more than two vehicles. Secure parking.
Planting veg. and melons, in several raised beds: weeding, raking, sweeping and keeping debris cleared.
Ideal property for culinary types who love to preserve – can or create!
Opportunity to work over the exchange; however, to qualify - MUST have skills, primarily related to construction for larger - specific projects, at least sincere interest to assist.
Domestic work would be considered, optional – not a requirement.
