Fully FURNISHED with Everything to start your new country living experience with: Dark skies offering unobstructed, long-distance views to see stars at night, and countless meteor showers. East side of Alexander Valley with views of Mt. St. Helena.
To qualify, you must have a history of previous caretaking responsibilities - contractor trade skills - (your own tools a ) housekeeping abilities, or similar work experience/backgrounds to be considered. Work 25-30 hours/month (depending upon your skills and time to contribute) to be determined fair by everyone prior to move-in.
NO Drama or heavy party types need apply. This is a NONsmoking environment - NO heavy drinking - NO pets - NO exceptions...please don't ask.
