Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
- Oversee lease or rental agreement management using property management tools such as Appfolio to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law to ensure legal compliance.
- Handle client communication with professionalism and clarity via phone, email, and in-person interactions to address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and fill available units.
- Coordinate with property maintenance staff by coordinating repairs, conducting inspections, and ensuring facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards
- Work closely with corporate staff to maintain high occupancy rates, meet performance expectations, provide customer service excellence and create a great community for our residents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with familiarity using property management softwaree.
- Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and policies.
- Demonstrated ability in conflict management, negotiation, and contract oversight within a property management setting.
- Excellent customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and client relationship management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, filing, reporting, and correspondence.
- Experience in leasing or rental agreement management along with property maintenance oversight is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
