Property Management Law Solutions, PLLC is a Florida law firm representing landlords, property managers, apartment communities, and real estate investors across the state. We focus on eviction services, landlord-tenant litigation, fair housing, risk mitigation, lease drafting, and ongoing legal advisory services for the rental housing industry.
We are seeking a self-driven, results-oriented, field-friendly Business Development Representative to help grow our client base and case intake through direct outreach, relationship building, and strategic market presence.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face business development, personal relationships, outreach, and results-driven performance. You will be responsible for generating new relationships, expanding our presence in the market, driving intake, and improving our existing client relations.
This is not a desk-only role. You must excel in the field, attending industry events, visiting property management offices, and proactively identifying new business opportunities. You must be organized, detailed oriented, and opportunity seeking.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
-Conduct outbound outreach, including “cold calls” and in-person visits, to property management companies, apartment communities, and real estate investors
-Develop and manage relationships with property managers and multifamily operators
-Attend and promote our involvement in real estate, property management, and landlord industry events
-Identify pro se landlords for introduction to our law firm
-Promote our services to our target market
-Track leads, activity, and conversions using firm-approved systems in a detailed and consistent manner
-Connect and network with other law firms for case referral opportunities
-Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
Base Salary: $30,000 per year
-Bonuses (uncapped)
Expected Total Compensation
-Average performers: $45,000–$60,000
-High performers: $70,000–$90,000
Ideal Candidate Profile
-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
-Experience in legal services, real estate, property management, or B2B sales
-Comfortable with “cold calling” and in-person outreach
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Ability to see our law firm vision and incorporate into your communications
-Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
-Very comfortable working independently in the field
-Very personable, relatable, and communicative
