Weekends are part of the schedule here. Bloomington is a university market, and leasing activity doesn't pause for a Monday-Friday workweek. A reliable vehicle is required since outreach and off-site activity come with the role.

Base pay runs $17 to $19 per hour depending on experience, location, and overall fit. On top of that, leasing commissions add performance-based income tied directly to signed leases.
