What You'll Actually Do

What You Bring
- At least two years of property management experience, with preference for candidates who've already held an assistant community manager title
- Comfort reading a rent roll, catching ledger discrepancies, and having direct conversations with delinquent residents
- Leasing instincts: identifying what a prospect actually needs, matching them to the right home, and moving the paperwork through cleanly
- High School diploma or GED required; a CALP credential is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to de-escalate resident conflicts without losing your composure or your paper trail
