Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Assistant Community Director to join our team at Briarcrest Gardens. This position supports the Community Director in overseeing daily operations, resident relations, leasing, and property maintenance coordination. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required — we will pay for you to get one! - Oversee overall operation of the property.
- Manage staff.

- Processing applications.
- Customer service.
- Data entry.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry required.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
