Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and scale EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) for organizational alignment
- Lead day-to-day operations across property management, maintenance, leasing, and tenant services
- Build and refine systems and processes that streamline scattered-site management
- Oversee and develop a team of 20 staff and contractors, creating a culture of accountability and camaraderie
- Drive financial performance — keeping vacancy days under 14, rent collection above 98%, and NOI margins growing annually
- Partner with ownership to execute strategic growth — 15–20% annual expansion in doors under management
- Ensure high satisfaction for both owners (≥90% retention) and tenants (≥4.5/5 ratings)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record managing 20 people in a high-accountability environment
- Property management, construction, or home services experience with scattered-site, multi-owner portfolios (single-family small multi-unit) preferred not required
- Experience running or scaling companies with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) preferred not required
- Financial acumen — ability to monitor KPIs, control costs, and drive profitability
- A growth mindset — someone who thrives on scaling systems, people, and portfolios
