JOB TITLE: Property Manager
The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing their complex in Sioux Falls, SD. They will be responsible for handling the daily operations at their assigned complex.
We are looking to fill the role with an experienced, organized and responsible individual whom is ready to fulfill this responsibility.
$18-$22 per hour based on experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Skills to oversee daily functions of office and maintenance staff (all full-time employees on site).
- Skilled at training and developing a team in showing and leasing apartments.
- Set and achieve monthly operations goals.
- Skills to inspect grounds and vacant units.
- Skill to market community to outside sources.
- Must be organized and detailed oriented.
