Management Company is seeking to hire a Leasing/Asst./Property Community Manager
Position Overview - Selected Candidate must have some knowledge of On-site software or Yardi, management software, responsible for collecting and posting rent payments in a timely manner, processing invoices for payment, leasing and maximizing occupancy, supervising a small support staff and implement resident retention/marketing programs.
Job Duties:
- Day, Week, Monthly preparation of reports, maintaining resident records and implementing work schedules.
- Prepare resident move-in packages, schedule painting / maintenance for apartment turnover.
- Responsible for RENT COLLECTIONS & MAKING TIMELY BANK
DEPOSITS
- Collection of delinquent rent
- Performing end of month / lease renewals / non renewals for all residents
- Assist leasing agent with, Monthly, daily, Leasing and Marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Full-Time position
- Some weekend work required
- Knowledge of One-site / Rent Roll apartment management programs
- Have excellent Human Relations, Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word - Excel) and some Web-site editing
- Previous apartment leasing and Management experience is required****
- Good human relations / communication skills
- Ability to compose written communications to residents concerning lease violations
