Compensation Includes:
· $23-$25 per hour
· Free 1-bedroom apartment
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage monthly rent collection process and follow up on tenant delinquencies.
- Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property
- Supervise property, staff, and external vendors.
- Daily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Responsible for a positive and prompt response to requests from residents
- Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the Preventative Maintenance checklist.
- Conduct unit inspections including but not limited to move-in and move-out.
- Develop and implement marketing ideas and strategies.
- Heavily focus on leasing current vacancies and upcoming available units.
- Monitor the monthly financial budget.
- Ensure compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements Include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conventional multi-family management with 50 units
- Knowledge of Yardi is a major plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 1 weekend day and occasional on-call for emergencies required
- A valid driver’s license and evidence of auto insurance will
- A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
