Property Manager-PT

Seeking a Part-time Property Manager for 5 properties/ 42 units in Beverly Hills. All properties are located within a mile of each other. The role comes with a free apartment.

Compensation Includes

• $21.00 per hour/ 25 hours per week
• Free 1-bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment 
• Business office works out of an apartment
• $300.00 auto monthly allowance

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property
• Supervise property, staff, and external vendors
• Daily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Responsible for a positive and prompt response to requests from residents
• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the Preventive Maintenance checklist.
• Conduct unit inspections, including but not limited to move-in and move-out.
• Develop and implement marketing ideas and strategies
• Heavily focused on leasing current vacancies and upcoming available units.
• Monitor the monthly financial property budget
• Strong leasing experience
• Ensure compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Must have 2-4 years property management experience
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff
• Experience overseeing vendors
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven ability to market; lease apartments
• Must live on-site
• Must be available to work one weekend day per week
• A valid driver’s license and evidence of auto insurance will
• A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of the hiring process
