What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter position at Property Maintenance Incorporated?
Looking for Carpenters that can read a tape measure, work on ladders, work on walk boards, work on roofs and that are reliable and come to work everyday. Must have transportation. We install hardi plank siding, build fences, build decks, interior work, landscaping, and property maintenance for 3 neighborhoods. Helper start at $21hr and experienced carpenters will start at $23. There will be a 90 day probational period to where if you miss more than 3 days in a month within them 90 days then you are more than likely will be let go.
