Property Doctors is a premier restoration and mitigation company serving residential and commercial clients across Colorado. We specialize in fire, water, mold, and storm damage restoration. As a Water Mitigation Manager, you'll be a key leader responsible for overseeing project execution, crew performance, and customer satisfaction—from the first response to the final walk-through.

Key Responsibilities Project Oversight & Job Management

• Manage and complete restoration projects according to industry standards and internal protocols.
• Coordinate job site requirements, document work progress, and supervise field production teams.
• Respond to emergency service calls and ensure rapid, effective mobilization.
• Ensure daily cleanup, quality control, and conduct final customer walk-throughs.
• Maximize job scope opportunities through additional services and site inspections.

Customer Relations & Satisfaction

• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial, insurance, and residential clients.
• Communicate job status, address concerns, and provide high-quality customer service.
• Document and resolve any client complaints or damage-related issues with leadership support.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise and support technicians on job sites.
• Assign tasks, manage workflow, and enforce team expectations and appearance standards.
• Train staff on restoration techniques, equipment use, customer service, and safety procedures.
• Support staff in achieving relevant industry certifications.

Equipment & Asset Management

• Oversee the proper use, care, and storage of vehicles, tools, and restoration equipment.
• Perform regular inventory checks and ensure efficient use of materials.
• Report non-operational equipment and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.

Compliance, Safety & Risk Management

• Enforce all safety protocols on job sites and during travel.
• Ensure team members wear appropriate protective equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas in all operational zones.

Administrative Duties

• Complete accurate job documentation and maintain organized project files.
• Confirm job scopes and obtain client authorizations when required.
• Monitor job-related expenses to ensure they remain within budget parameters.

Qualifications

• Must have a vail drivers license
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing projects in restoration, construction, or emergency response services.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members.
• Working knowledge of equipment operation, safety compliance, and project documentation.
• Must be available for emergency calls, including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Water damage restoration: 1 year
• Management/Leadership Role: 1 year
• Restoration industry: 1 year
• Working knowledge in any of the following is a plus: Xactimate, Mica, Encircle, Symbility, DASH, Xactanalysis (will provide training)
• (PREFFERED) Any IICRC certifications in any of the following areas:

-Applied microbial remediation

-Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

-Water Damage Restoration

-Applied Structural Drying
