We are a residential property development company undertaking multiple projects in Maine and New Hampshire. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to work in-house and join our team.
Core Sales & Customer Interaction
- Listing available homes across all relevant platforms (MLS, Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, company website, etc.)
- Responding promptly to all inquiries from potential buyers via phone, email, text, and walk‑ins
- Conducting home tours, both scheduled and drop‑in
- Guiding buyers through the full sales process from first contact to closing, including finance as required
- Negotiating offers within company guidelines
- Maintaining strong follow‑up communication to convert leads into sales
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Creating compelling listing descriptions, photos, and videos
- Posting and updating listings across all marketing channels
- Assisting with social media content to promote available homes and our business
- Coordinating signage, flyers, and community outreach
- Tracking marketing performance and suggesting improvements
Internal Coordination
- Liaising with project staff to stay updated on home availability, timelines, and specifications
- Reporting sales activity, lead status, and pipeline updates to the owners
- Communicating buyer feedback to the team to improve product quality and customer experience
- Coordinating with finance or admin staff for paperwork, deposits, and documentation
Administrative & Compliance
- Preparing and reviewing purchase and sale agreements and required documents
- Ensuring all listings meet regulatory and other requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, showings, and sales in a tracking system
- Staying informed about our developments
General Expectations
- Ideally licensed in Maine and New Hampshire
- Representing the company professionally at all times
- Meeting monthly sales targets tied to commission structure
- Continuously improving product knowledge and sales skills
Pay: $36,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
