Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Corona, CA. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations related to HOA management to the Portfolio Manager.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including document management and scheduling
- Proficiency in resident communication, conflict resolution, and customer service
- Ability to handle property-related tasks such as maintenance coordination, customer service and compliance support.
- Experience with property management software and technology tools
- Knowledge of the Davis Stirling Act
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
