Property Manager – San Diego AreaLocation: Primarily San Diego, with some properties in La Mesa, Lemon Grove, Chula Vista, and La JollaCompensation: $50,000-$70,000 base DOE company car (business use) company cell phoneBenefits: Health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off.About the RoleWe are seeking a professional, results-driven Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of approximately 200 residential units in the San Diego area. You will maintain high tenant satisfaction and maximize property performance and financial results.This role balances 2–3 days in the field with 2–3 days in our Carlsbad corporate office and reports directly to the General Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, leasing, renewals, rent collection, and posting.Coordinate maintenance work orders, property inspections, and repairs with vendors and staff.Implement marketing strategies to minimize vacancies and attract quality tenants.Enforce lease agreements, resolve tenant issues, and uphold fair housing regulations.Oversee move-ins and move-outs, documenting with photos and notes for tenant dispositions.Conduct general building/property inspections twice a month.Collaborate with in-house maintenance team to coordinate work and ensure properties are well-maintained.QualificationsMust hold a California DRE license.Property management experienceExperience with AppFolio or similar property management software a plus.Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Valid California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle.Must live in San Diego or surrounding area for optimal servicing of properties.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with employer contributionPaid time off and holidaysCompany car (business use) and company cell phone
