Duties: Track expensive, budget, taxes, cash flow receipts, and other financial dealings of clients.
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly).
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Software: Excel - (must have) QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Appfolio Property Management Program (learning after hired on board)
