In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of product and program initiatives - including projects in new and emerging categories that may stretch you beyond your existing areas of expertise.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
75,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Carlsbad Office)

What You'll Do
Project & Program Support
- Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams
- Maintain the program plan of record ensuring the team have the data they need at their fingertips
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, and flag them proactively to the appropriate team members
- Support cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams
- Help define and document product requirements, user stories, and feature briefs in collaboration with senior team members
- Assist with research, competitive analysis, and synthesis of findings to inform product decisions
- Coordinate launches, track milestones, and help ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope
- Lean into new project categories and unfamiliar domains with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
- Proactively build knowledge in areas outside your current expertise to meet the evolving demands of each project
- Support the team in whatever capacity is most needed — whether that's operational, strategic, or executional
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience in development in a program, product, or engineering role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Clear written and verbal communicator — comfortable summarizing complex situations for diverse audiences
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of making sound judgments with incomplete information
- Willingness to stretch into areas that are not your strong suit and build new skills quickly
- Experience building gantt charts – Proficiency in project management tools is a plus
- You've led a project in a new or unfamiliar domain and can speak to how you navigated the learning curve
- You're known for being the person who figures things out — resourceful, proactive, and low on ego
- You bring structure to chaos without losing sight of the bigger picture
- You actively seek feedback and use it to grow, not just improve the work at hand
