If you’re driven, dependable, and passionate about your craft, we want you on our team.What We’re Looking For:Minimum 18 months of professional interior and exterior painting experienceStrong alignment with our core values: Integrity, Attitude, Hard Work, and TeamworkAbility to communicate effectively with both team members and clientsExperience with:Interior & exterior residential/commercial paintingPressure washing, caulking, scraping, sanding, and primingDrywall and plaster repair (preferred)Lift operation (preferred)Carpentry (a plus)About the Work:Residential projects: interiors (two-story foyers, vaulted ceilings, etc.), and exteriorsCommercial projects: car dealerships, warehouses, and mixed-use buildingsPrep work: cleaning, masking, scraping, sanding, drywall repair, caulking, primingApplication: brushing, rolling, and spraying (Festool equipment experience a plus)What It Takes to Succeed:Ability to work independently with little supervisionCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsReliable, punctual, and professionalComfortable on ladders and scaffoldingValid driver’s license (non-restricted)Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weatherStrong customer service skills and a positive, team-first mindsetMust be able to pass a background checkWhy Join Proper Painting?At Proper Painting, we believe in growing leaders, not just hiring painters. Salary : $20 - $25
