Responsibilities:
- Oversee studio inventory including samples, finish libraries and materials.
- Assisting with trade accounts, including opening new accounts and maintaining credentials
- Running studio errands and oversee pickups and returns
- Assisting with client presentations
- Research and development
- Prepare project binders, sample boxes, and presentation materials.
- Maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and supply levels.
- Editing and polishing spec books
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Interior Design, Architecture, or related design program
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative on a variety of tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of design principles, color theory, and space planning
