📂 Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary accountable leader for Propelling Tech within assigned corporate accounts.
- Coordinate, manage, and align multiple workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery against project milestones.
- Lead and develop diverse teams, creating tailored learning and career development plans that consider individual motivations and long-term growth.
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement AI-driven methods to improve productivity and operational performance across squads.
- Understand client needs and proactively propose Propelling Tech solutions to support steady, strategic account expansion.
- Prioritize, evaluate, and shape new business opportunities in alignment with client objectives and firm strategy.
- Deliver compelling presentations to internal and external senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Data & Analytics projects using modern cloud technologies.
- Proven experience managing corporate accounts, ensuring growth, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based data architectures and the full data value chain.
- Demonstrated experience assessing, coaching, and developing team members to foster continuous upskilling.
- Practical experience integrating generative AI solutions to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes.
- Experience leading large teams (>10 people) and ensuring both technical and business standards are met.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in cloud computing or data engineering.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-based data solutions.
