Join our Denver team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist leading high-volume hiring for our Go-To-Market organization. Working in-office at least 3 days a week, you'll partner with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment, optimize hiring workflows using data-driven insights, and ensure a candidate-first experience at every stage.

Your Mission:
Join our Denver team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist leading high-volume hiring for our Go-To-Market organization. Working in-office at least 3 days a week, you'll partner with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment, optimize hiring workflows using data-driven insights, and ensure a candidate-first experience at every stage.
- Lead high-volume hiring for our fastest-growing teams
- Partner directly with hiring managers to drive accountability and manage expectations
- Optimize recruitment tooling and data flows (e.g., managing ATS workflows, running pipeline analytics)
- Have an owner mindset, whereby you step up to support cross-functional projects and operational initiatives as team needs evolve
- We thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for candidate and stakeholder experience
- We embrace a hybrid work model in Denver (3 days in-office), prioritizing close collaboration and proximity to the business
- We use smart tools and recruitment data to streamline processes without losing the personal touch
- 3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success handling high-volume recruitment in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments
- Strong systems orientation with experience organizing ATS data, running hiring reports, and troubleshooting process gaps
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills under pressure
- Sharp discernment regarding AI tools—clear opinions on how AI should and shouldn't be applied to talent acquisition
- Experience with GTM recruiting is a plus
- Hands-on experience building basic automations or workflow agents is a bonus
