Position Overview:
The Manager, Digital Engagement helps plan, execute, and monitor digital experiences across channels. This role supports campaign setup, QA, reporting, and day-to-day coordination, ensuring work is accurate, on time, and aligned with client and team expectations. Managers of Digital Engagement are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable using modern tools and AI-enabled platforms to enhance quality, efficiency, and insight.
Strategic Tactical Execution:
- Work to implement our clients’ brand strategies and digital best practices in each tactic (email, display, web, social), throughout the asset creation process including content, design, and development
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative and Account to oversee creation of innovative and strategic digital executions
- Use AI-tools such as Bannerify, Perplexity, and Claude Code to improve activation accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with Experience Strategy team to gather and analyze performance and provide optimization recommendations
Digital Expertise:
- Provide consultative decisions regarding digital deliverables to ensure all specs are accurate and feasibility of projects (including but not limited to websites, social media, video, display banner, emails, experiential)
- Assist with QA/ UAT processes and development of functional requirements for digital projects
- Client Vendor Relationship Management:
- Build and foster relationships with third-party publishers, media teams, and clients including applicable packaging and handoffs of content
- Lead and/or participate in client communications inclusive of tactical/vendor status calls, presentations, and digital media planning
Project Process Oversight:
- Assist in submission preparation, working closely with account and project management team members
- Improve and document processes leveraging AI-tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scale
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital engagement, digital strategy, or digital operations within an agency or regulated industry environment
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex specs and channel requirements
- Curiosity about digital channels, emerging platforms, and AI-enabled tools — and a desire to experiment thoughtfully
- Ability to follow structured processes while raising questions and risks when something looks off
- Clear, proactive communication with teammates and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
