Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid role for a Head of Innovation based in NA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Head of Innovation will lead the development and execution of cross-border innovation strategies, oversee research and development initiatives, and drive global growth for emerging tech companies. Additional responsibilities include managing and guiding a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation, and coordinating with international stakeholders to align objectives and deliver results.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated 5 years expertise in Innovation Strategies and Management.
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Leadership skills in Team Management and Team Leadership, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Broad understanding of global tech ecosystems and the ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills to align teams and stakeholders towards achieving goals.
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing projects from ideation to implementation.
- Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in Innovation, Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
