Overview:
The Director, Experience Strategy leads day-to-day strategic workstreams, translating insights into clear recommendations and experience roadmaps. This role is hands-on with data, analytics, and AI tools, and is responsible for connecting audience understanding to channel, content, and experience design in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Client & brand support
- Lead portions of strategy development and present insight-led recommendations to clients
- Translate client objectives into strategic frameworks, briefs, and experience roadmaps
- Insight, research & measurement
- Synthesize audience, behavioral, and performance data into actionable insights
- Turn complex quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear narratives and strategic recommendations
- Evaluate emerging technologies and AI solutions to strengthen strategy and innovation offerings
- Apply AI-enabled tools to strengthen insight generation, segmentation, and strategic storytelling
- Partner with analytics to define KPIs, interpret performance, and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaboration, project ownership & innovation
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions, aligning stakeholders around goals, journeys, and success metrics
- Guide cross-functional teams in understanding the whys behind strategies and how AI-enabled insights inform creative, content, and media decisions
- Partner with creative, UX, media, technology, and data teams to ensure strategies are realistic and measurable
- Identify and integrate AI-enabled tools into team workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or omnichannel planning roles, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries
- Confidence in working hands-on with AI and analytics tools and translating outputs into sharp, client-ready recommendations
- The ability to connect data, behavior, and context into coherent, strategic narratives that influence decisions
- Skill at collaborating across creative, media, UX, and analytics, and at advocating for responsible and compliant use of AI-generated insights
- To be proactive in spotting opportunities to test, learn, and optimize based on performance data and AI-driven signals
- Confidence in managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing effectively, and communicating clearly with both internal partners and clients
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
