- Propel Homestead
- Propel McKeesport
- Propel Montour Middle School
- Propel Northside
- Propel Pitcairn
- Prior Middle School, Varsity and/or Junior Varsity Basketball coaching experience
- Preferred candidates will have experience as a head coach, playing experience, as well as the demonstrated ability to build a successful program starting at the middle school level
- Responsibility for assembling his/her coaching staff
- Experience coordinating a middle school basketball program with the coaching team and/or athletic director
- Experience implementing off-season programs in accordance with WPIAL/PIAA regulations.
- Willingness and ability to attend all required PIAA preseason coaching meetings and mandatory coaching certification/trainings in compliance with PIAA regulations.
- High level of personal organization and planning
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
- A commitment to the Propel Habits
- The 2026-2027 Middle School Girls Basketball season is scheduled to begin on January 4th, 2027 and is anticipated to conclude in March, although the season may end earlier/later depending on if the team participates in postseason.
- This position includes a seasonal stipend of $1,750. Please note that the stipend will be prorated for coaches who begin after the official start of the season.

- Mandated Reporter Training
