As we continue to finalize program structure and coaching assignments, we are looking to build a pool of qualified and interested candidates. Selected candidates will be contacted as roles are defined and needs become clearer leading into the season.

Successful Candidates Will Have
- Prior football coaching experience at high-school, youth or college level
- Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, rules, strategies, and player development
- Ability to support student-athlete growth on and off the field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with student-athletes, families, and staff
- High level of organization, accountability, and reliability
- Willingness to collaborate with the head coach and athletic leadership
- Commitment to fostering a positive, competitive, and development-focused team culture
- Alignment with Propel Schools’ mission and values
- Assisting with planning and execution of practices and games
- Supporting skill development and conditioning of student-athletes
- Assisting with team operations, supervision, and communication
- Promoting academic accountability and positive behavior among athletes
- Supporting program development and team culture
- Up-to-date TB Test
- Act 34 Criminal Clearance
- Act 114 FBI Clearance
- Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
- Mandated Reporter Training
