Propel Schools is currently seeking Day-to-Day Substitute Teacher to join our amazing team at Propel Pitcairn School. The Substitute Teacher will be responsible for covering day-to-day absences in the assigned building. Key Job Elements:
- Instructs scholars and groups in specified content areas.
- Monitors students’ progress in and outside of the classroom.
- Maintains the physical environment of the classroom.
- Carries out lesson plans that were either left by the classroom teacher or rolls out pre-planned lessons appropriate for grade level and Subject area.
- Provides support to scholar overall learning when not assigned to a specific classroom, including but not limited to duties coverage, working with small groups of students, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- DTD Substitutes who do not hold a PA certification will be required to obtain a PA DTD Emergency Certification for the year and LEA associated with employment.
- 1 years working with students in a classroom environment preferred.

Daily Rate: $175/day.
