Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities through active prospecting including cold calling, email, and other means with new prospects
• Drive sales effort from planning to closure
• Increase client base
• Lead, motivate and build the sales team
• Oversee activities and performance of the sales team and ongoing training/coaching the sales team
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective client acquisition strategies
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Self-motivated and keep the team motivated
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage with clients across their business and up to C level
• Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible to work in different time zones
• Experience selling complex service solutions
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• 10 years of experience in enterprise services sales
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a fair understanding of the technology/analytics space
