Propark Mobility is seeking the best talent in the industry to strategically execute company-wide rapid growth.

We are excited to be adding a new Transportation Manager to our Greater New Jersey Regional Team.

Experience, Skills and Abilities we are searching for

• You have 3-5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the transportation, bus, and/or passenger mobility services industry is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Commercial Drivers License with Passenger Endorsement (currently have or can get within first 60-days)
• Must be able to work in the Greater New Jersey area - Flexible with specific base location
• Your operational and financial acumen are outstanding, and you are able to share and coach your leaders in these areas.
• You use your impeccable conversational and written communication skills to develop lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff.
• You see a challenge as an opportunity and ready to “charge the hill” to lead your team to new heights
• Your education includes a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience
• Proven ability to plan and organize workloads by establishing priorities and respecting deadlines.
• Sound judgement; good follow through and keen ability to priritize.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus and an ability to work with all staff levels.
• Extensive travel throughout the region is required
• You know your way around a computer and will have no problems with revenue control equipment, payroll systems, or the Microsoft Office suite.

AsTransportation Manager, you will have

• Knowledge and understanding of DOT Federal Regulations and registration processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Federal, State, and local rules and regulations applicable to transportation.
• Ensures compliance on a day-to-day basis with State, Federal and Company requirements. Ensures a safe environment exists and that all maintenance and related activities are in conformance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and submit monthly maintenance report for all vehicles.
• Schedule & supervise vehicle maintenance to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards.
• Manage maintenance staff and work performed by outside vendors.
• Driver evaluations, on the road shuttle training and classroom orientation/training
