Senior Vice President of OperationsSalary: $185,000 - $210,000; Commensurate with Experience. Plus, Incentive Bonus Opportunity.

Location: Preference is to be located in Northern California, Oregon or Washington State. 

Propark Mobility is on a search for our next Rock Star to fill a new Senior Vice President of Operations leadership role that will be responsible to strategically lead and execute rapid operational growth in our Northwest Region. This position will report directly to the Executive Vice President of the region.

As our newest Senior Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Take center stage as the front-facing ambassador, unwavering champion, and operational maestro, steering the success of this rapidly growing region.
• Inspire the region to recruit and retain top-tier talent for optimal service delivery.
• Be a champion of our unique Propark culture.
• Think and execute at the highest levels in terms of revenue and service, for clients and the company.

What you will bring with you:

• Deep emotional intelligence, insightful financial acumen, and magical powers for outstanding client services.
• Minimum five years demonstrated leadership experience within the parking or hospitality industry.
• Strong talent to engage and motivate senior leaders.
• Ability to promote the company vision and the agility to pivot with new innovations.
