Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet customers, responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring attitude, develop rapport with customers.
• Assists customers in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office; help direct traffic.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees.
• Additional duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Non-Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
• Other special projects as assigned by location management.
  
  
  

Minimum Job Qualifications

• High School degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Parking and/or university operations experience preferred.
• Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of The Ohio State University campus a plus.
• Flexible, willing to work multiple facility locations
