What You'll Do:
- Complete new case initiations and subsequent filings thru entire filing lifecycle, including affidavits, motions, dismissals, and other case-related documents following client instructions and Proof procedures.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex, unusual, or high-risk filing situations, researching and resolving rejected filings and other filing-related issues.
- Work through scenarios where standard procedures do not provide a clear answer, using research, judgment, and appropriate escalation.
- Assist with high-priority or sensitive client matters requiring elevated attention.
- Review exceptions, errors, and filing trends to identify areas of operational risk.
- Meet established turnaround times while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- 3 years of prior experience with legal e-filing, court filing, legal operations, litigation support, collections, or a similar legal services environment strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable handling escalations and situations where the answer is not immediately clear.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong judgment and willingness to raise concerns when something appears incorrect or creates risk.
- $60,000-65,000 annual salary based on experience and location
- Eligible to participate in company bonus plan
