What Your Day Will Look Like
- Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s goals
- Progress patients through therapeutic exercise and movement-based rehabilitation
- Incorporate manual therapy when appropriate
- Educate patients and help them understand the path toward recovery
- Build strong relationships that improve patient engagement and outcomes
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive clinic experience
- Help contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Hold or are eligible for an Arizona Physical Therapist license
- Have approximately 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Bring a strong exercise and movement background
- Have an interest or background in manual therapy and sports rehabilitation
- Communicate well and build strong patient relationships
- Want to provide thoughtful, individualized care
- Value teamwork, personal growth, and continued learning
- Want to be part of a smaller clinic where you can help shape the future of the practice
New graduates may also be considered for the right fit.
Your Schedule
Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Typical hours are approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no on-call responsibilities.
Patients are scheduled in one-hour appointment blocks, with some being a 2:1 appointment setup.
