Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Service Technician role located in Deer Park, NY. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for conducting pest inspections, developing and implementing pest control treatments tailored to specific infestations, and maintaining the ongoing pest-free status of customer properties. Responsibilities include using tools and chemicals in a safe and effective manner, educating clients on preventive measures, and complying with all safety and regulatory standards. Timely communication, record-keeping, and delivering exceptional customer service are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Technical skills: Knowledge of pest control methods, use of equipment, and understanding of safety procedures.
- Problem-solving abilities: Inspecting properties, identifying pest infestations, and creating customized treatment plans.
