Commerical Sales Representative – Proof Pest Control (Phoenix, AZ)

Proof Pest Control is expanding! We’re looking for driven, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Commercial Sales Representatives. This is a great opportunity to get in at the start of an exciting new program and build a rewarding career in a rapidly growing industry.

What You’ll Do

• Promote Proof Pest Control services to commerical customers through in-person sales
• Educate customers on our eco-friendly and effective pest solutions
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with the service and branch teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $40,000 annually, 1 year expected salary 75k, Commission: 10% of sales (uncapped earning potential)
• Performance Bonuses:
• $1,000/month bonus for your first 3 months ($3,000 total)
• $5,000 bonus after $500K in sales
• $10,000 bonus after $750K in sales
• $20,000 bonus after $1M in sales
• Uniform and company vehicle provided
• Full-time position with opportunity for advancement

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and competitive personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred (not required)
• Valid driver’s license for 3 years, and clean driving record
