We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Developer to join our growing team. You will work closely with the leadership team to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across targeted markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through emails, calls, virtual meetings, and networking.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects in the CRM and provide accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and sales materials.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and buyer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide regular reports on performance, insights, and improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable home office equipment (high-speed internet, computer/laptop, camera, headset).
