About Us

We are a fast-growing cleaning, restoration, and turnover services company providing high-quality service to residential and commercial properties throughout NYC and Northern NJ. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Secretary to support our daily office operations and assist our management team.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in English and Spanish
  • Schedule jobs, coordinate with field technicians, and update daily calendars
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders
  • Maintain organized digital and paper records
  • Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping
  • Support HR onboarding documentation
  • Track materials, supplies, and equipment returns
  • Communicate with property managers, residents, and vendors
  • General office tasks: filing, scanning, data entry, follow-up calls
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Prior office or administrative experience (property management, construction, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with email, spreadsheets, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
