Job Summary
Pronto Pizza & Coffee is hiring motivated, reliable team members for a dual‑role position combining Delivery Driver and Insider responsibilities. As a Delivery Driver & Insider, you will split your time between driving and in‑store operations based on business needs. You’ll deliver orders safely and efficiently, and you’ll also prepare food, assist customers, and support daily store operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas, beverages, and orders quickly, safely, and courteously
- Provide excellent customer service both in‑store and on delivery
- Handle cash/card payments and return accurate change
- Prepare pizzas, beverages, and menu items to company standards
- Verify order accuracy before leaving the store
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with phone orders, counter service, and general store tasks
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Store vehicle can be provided
- Ability to work both in‑store and on the road
- Strong customer‑service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Evening and weekend availability
