Job Summary:
The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator supports the L&D Team by coordinating both
in-person and virtual instructor-led learning sessions, calendaring licensing appointments, following up
with new hires, and developing learning materials as needed. This entry-level role is ideal for a
detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects and has a passion for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare learning materials for all training sessions
● Manage and maintain the training calendar, including scheduling, logistics, and notifications
● Manage invitations for virtual training sessions and track attendance
● Organize and version-control training assets; ensure accessibility and consistency of
documentation
● Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and improve training content
● Assist with basic content updates to WordPress pages related to training resources
● Support ad-hoc L&D projects as assigned by the Director of L&D
Qualifications:
● Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
● 1-2 years of experience in related fields (training, education, etc.)
● Strong business writing
● Ability to learn new platforms and incorporate them into the daily workflow
● Proficient in Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Calendar, GMail, etc.)
● Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Exceptional attention to detail
● Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information
