You’ll be stepping into a proven program with strong operations, underwriting support, dealer onboarding specialists, and a compensation plan built specifically to reward growth in your territory.
What You’ll Do
How you Win: grow funded contracts and active dealers in your Illinois territory. Day to day, you will:
- Visit independent and franchised car dealerships in person to open new relationships and deepen existing ones.
- Sell the Pronto Finance program: how we approve, how we fund, and how dealers can win more deals with us.
- Own the follow-up: approved apps that haven’t funded, counteroffers, and declines that can be rehashed into wins.
- Help dealers get deals funded quickly by chasing stips, cleaning up contracts, and troubleshooting issues with our internal teams.
- Partner closely with our Dealer Support & Onboarding team who will partner with you to grow your market.
- Ensure every dealer experiences top-tier customer service and clear communication from Pronto—across Sales, Buying, Underwriting and Operations.
- Track your pipeline, know your numbers, and consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly funded contract goals.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who loves being in the field, building relationships, and closing:
- 2 years in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership/F&I/auto finance experience preferred (but we will train the right person).
- Comfortable driving around your territory daily, walking into dealerships, and building rapport with dealer principals, F&I managers, and sales managers.
- Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline—you know how to keep deals and relationships moving forward.
- Confident communicator who can explain deal structures, approvals, counteroffers, and underwriting expectations clearly to dealers.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by hitting goals and increasing your income.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus in many IL markets, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
