We're a small, chef-owned restaurant seeking a professional and enthusiastic server to join our team. The ideal candidate has some prior serving experience and is eager to learn.
MUST BE LOCAL, LIVE NO FARTHER THAN SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Prior serving experience in a restaurant is required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and grow with us
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional service
- Learning and maintaining a deep knowledge of our food, wine, and cocktail menus
- Guiding guests through the menu and making thoughtful recommendations
- Taking accurate orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handling guest questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
