We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Representative with experience in CRM software (Salesforce, ZOHO, Zendesk, Teams) to drive sales with physician offices. Focus is on women’s health specialties, and existing relationships with practitioners are a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage physician offices via phone/email
- Educate on product benefits and clinical relevance
- Manage an effective sampling program and use data analytics to ensure efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships using CRM software
- Drive sales performance and meet monthly revenue goals
- Collaborate across departments with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
What You Bring:
- Bilingual – English & Spanish (oral & written)
- CRM experience: Salesforce, ZOHO, Zendesk, Teams
- B2B sales or healthcare outreach experience preferred
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Experience or interest in women’s health specialties
- Relationships with healthcare practitioners a plus
- Strong data analytics skills to track and optimize programs
