Pronghorn Contracting, LLC is expanding our network of skilled residential and commercial construction subcontractors. We have a pipeline of remodeling, renovation, custom carpentry, new builds and specialty construction projects throughout Montana and are looking for dependable craftsmen who take pride in quality work.
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity that changes by project need. We are not hiring W-2 employees at this time.
Trades We're Looking For
We are actively seeking experienced professionals in one or more of the following:
- Finish Carpentry
- Framing
- Cabinet Installation
- Countertops
- Tile Installation
- Drywall Hanging & Finishing
- Interior & Exterior Painting
- Roofing
- Deck Construction
- Post & Beam / Timber Frame
- Log Home Construction & Repair
- Doors & Windows
- Siding
- Remodeling
- General Residential Construction

Compensation
- Competitive subcontractor rates
- Flat-rate/project pricing preferred whenever practical
- Hourly work available when appropriate
- Experienced subcontractors typically earn the equivalent of $40–$80 per hour, depending on trade, efficiency, and project scope
