Overview:
We're seeking reliable Independent Contractor Drivers with 16ft box trucks or cargo vans for last-mile delivery routes in the Rochester, NY area. You’ll deliver household merchandise (furniture, bedding, and home goods) with unloading required (threshold or room-of-choice).
Pay & Schedule:
- $375–$600 per route (zone-based pay)
- Average $2,000–$3,000 per week ($8K–$12K per month)
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- Consistent routes available 5–6 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport and deliver goods to customer homes
- Unload and place merchandise per delivery requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Maintain a professional and reliable schedule
Qualifications:
- Must own/lease a 16ft box truck or cargo van
- Active auto liability insurance ($1M minimum coverage)
- Ability to lift/move heavy household items
- 1 years delivery driving experience preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $375.00 - $600.00 per day
